Chinese Language Requirements:
If Chinese is not your first language, you may need to meet additional Chinese language requirements for some undergraduate or postgraduate programmes.
English-Taught Programmes:
If you’re applying for an English-taught undergraduate programme, explore our Joint Multi-Degree (JMD) options.
Language Support:
Need help improving your Chinese? Consider enrolling in one of our Chinese Language courses for extra support.

Most programmes start in September, but some have flexible start dates. Check our programme pages or contact the academic school for specific details.
International students should apply as early as possible to allow enough time for visa applications and to submit any additional documents required by the admissions team.

Register on the portal.
Select your desired programme.
Upload all required documents as required.
If you’re considering a scholarship, visit the scholarship details page to confirm whether your chosen programme and major are eligible.
You may apply for multiple scholarships but can only receive one if approved.
All applicants (whether self-sponsored or scholarship) must submit their application as self-sponsored.
Please avoid duplicate applications; apply only once.

Note:
If you cannot pay online, transfer the application fee to the ECUST official bank account and upload the remittance receipt before submitting your application.
Applications are invalid without payment of the application fee. Once paid, fees are non-refundable.
After submitting your application, you can log in anytime to track its progress. The Admissions Office will review your application. Please check your email regularly for the admission notice and instructions on the next steps.
