Refund Policy
1. The application fee is non-refundable once paid.
2. The tuition fee/deposit is non-refundable should students withdraw their application for personal reasons.
If there are special circumstances, students can apply for retaining the enrollment status to the following year, and the paid fees will be postponed to the next academic year; however, students must submit the enrollment application before the deadline of the following year's enrollment application; the enrollment status will be invalidated if the application is not submitted by the deadline, and the paid fees will not be refunded.
3. If the student is unable to enroll in the programme due to force majeure factors such as visa denial or because the minimum number of classes has not been reached, the fees paid will be refunded in full.
4. Students will have until the start of the second academic year to finalize their decision. You may apply for a change of study programme at any time before then. Please note that you are only allowed to change once, and any resulting differences in tuition fees or scholarships must be adjusted as follows:
· Tuition Fee Differences:
Any outstanding balance must be paid by the student in a timely manner. If there is an excess amount, it may be deducted from the tuition fee for the following academic year.

· Scholarship Differences:
Any unpaid scholarship amount can be deducted from the tuition fees for the following academic year. However, any excess scholarship amount must be refunded by the student and paid back along with the tuition fee for the next academic year.
5. If you withdraw from the dormitory during the semester with more than 30 days remaining in your contract,
30 days accommodation fee will be deducted and the rest will be refunded; if the remaining stay is less than 30 days, the accommodation fees will not be refunded.

• Class arrangement
Students will take a placement test through Email to evaluate their Chinese proficiency, and then divided into different levels based on the test result. Students are allowed to change the course level within the 1st week.
FAQ
Do I have to do medical check before submit the application?
Not must, but if the quarantine institute finds that you have caught diseases
which are unsuitable to study in China, you must instantly leave for home country on your own expenses.
What about the dorm on campus?
Sorry but the university only provides limited number of single suites with private bathrooms and balconies, at the cost of 80 RMB/day or 110 RMB/day (the cost varies depending on the new or old furniture with it, 24-hour hot and cold water included, but electricity excluded). The online booking system is usually open one month before the semester starts for applicants who are admitted and have paid the tuition. Those who have successfully booked on-campus dorms must pay the accommodation fee for one semester in full at registration in the beginning of the semester.
I’ve got the visa to China, when can I enter China?
Since you may have maximum 180 days of stay in China, make sure not enter China too early, it’s better arrive China 10 days before the registration day.

E-documents for student visa shall be provided after admission, but no visa documents will be issued for those who are already in China during winter or summer vacation.
